What we do

Our services

Six specialist offerings. One team that understands how they connect.

From AI curiosity to controlled deployment

Most businesses have AI in use somewhere. The question is whether the business is controlling it. Without a structured approach, adoption creates shadow usage, unmanaged risk, and tools that individuals rely on but the business doesn't own.

We help you build AI capability the whole organisation can trust, from governance frameworks and policy through to Copilot Studio multi-agent systems grounded to your own knowledge base.

AI readiness assessment & governance framework
AI policy, incident management & testing protocols
Awareness training built around your workflows
Process preparation & data readiness
AI assistants, agents & multi-agent automation
ISO 42001 aligned AI governance systems

Governance that works under pressure

Poor governance doesn't just create compliance risk, it creates operational risk, reputational risk, and in high-hazard industries, personal liability. Most businesses reach a point where their management system no longer reflects how they actually operate.

We build management systems that work in practice, not just on paper. Clear processes, practical documentation, and systems your team can own and follow.

Replace the spreadsheet. Build the system.

Most businesses run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and manual processes. Information gets re-keyed between systems. Managers can't see what's happening without asking someone. Decisions get made on data that's already out of date.

We build on the Microsoft environment, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI, to replace manual processes with tools your team will actually reach for.

Custom Power Apps (canvas & model-driven)
Power Automate workflow & approval design
Power BI dashboards & reporting
SharePoint architecture & centralised information hubs
AI-assisted operations via Copilot Studio
Licensing optimisation & cost modelling
Toolset Power Apps · Automate · BI
Integration SharePoint & Dataverse
Approach Modular, adoption-first
Delivery model Build with, or upskill

Phase 4 compliance — before the window closes

The next ESOS compliance deadline is December 2027. For many large organisations, the preparation window is already open and shorter than it looks. ESOS requires large UK organisations to carry out structured energy audits across buildings, industrial processes, and transport, signed off by a Lead Assessor and notified to the Environment Agency.

If your organisation qualifies, the work needs to start now.

Qualification confirmation including group structure analysis
Full ESOS-compliant energy audit across estate & transport
Lead Assessor sign-off (qualification held in-house)
Environment Agency notification & compliance filing
Cost-effective opportunity identification & reporting
Initial scoping engagement to confirm in-scope position
Current phase ESOS Phase 4
Qualification date 21 December 2026
Compliance deadline December 2027
Sign-off Lead Assessor in-house

The cost of carbon now follows your products across borders

From January 2027, the UK CBAM places a carbon cost on imported goods. If you export into the EU, your customers need embedded emissions data from you and if you can't provide accurate figures, you become a harder supplier to work with. If your emissions are lower than competitors, that's a commercial advantage you're currently leaving on the table.

The data requirements are already here. The financial obligations arrive in 2027.

Scope & exposure assessment, confirm whether CBAM applies
Embedded emissions calculation across your value chain
Supplier engagement support & data request processes
Compliance systems & ongoing record keeping
Customer questionnaire support & competitive positioning
Quarterly reporting & certificate management (UK importers)
UK CBAM begins January 2027
Full EU obligations Already in force
Covered goods Steel, aluminium, cement & more
Risk if unprepared Financial & commercial exposure

The most effective environmental programmes get you to Cost Zero

Energy waste, inefficient processes, and poorly managed resources show up in two places simultaneously, your carbon footprint and your operating costs. Addressing one addresses the other. Most businesses know this in principle but haven't had the time, resource, or structured approach to act on it in practice.

We work alongside your team to identify where environmental inefficiency is costing you money, and help you implement the changes that reduce both.

Energy audit & opportunity identification across facilities
Waste reduction & efficiency programmes
Carbon measurement: Scope 1, 2 & 3 baseline
Carbon reporting framework & defensible numbers
Practical net zero planning & implementation
Environmental management (ISO 14001 alignment)
Standard ISO 14001
Carbon scope Scope 1, 2 & 3
Outcome Cost reduction + carbon reduction
Reporting Auditable & defensible
